"Oregon Property Buyer Advisory." This form was produced by the Oregon Real Estate Agency and is designed to help home buyers.

All real estate advertising in this website is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or familial status, or an intention to make such preference or discrimination. State of Oregon law prohibits discrimination based on marital status. Rio Realty LLC will not knowingly accept any advertising for real estate which is in violation of the law.

Limited representation means that the seller will be responsible for all negotiations, showings and dealing with anything that has to do with the seller home. This service is limited to adding the property to the MLS, providing needed forms, templates, signs and possible a lock box. If you do not understand the contracts and forms, you are advised to contact a real estate attorney, or a professional real estate broker.
